A brief video depicted a monk savoring a cup of coffee, extolling the simple joy derived from acknowledging its origins – from bean to brew. This mindfulness seemed like a magical solution, capable of unraveling life’s complexities. Skepticism lingered, but curiosity nudged me to explore further.

My journey began, and from the outset, mindfulness clicked. The transformation was seamless, and I became its advocate. However, I soon realized that not all shared my experience. If you’re considering mindfulness or grappling with it, let me offer you a motivational nudge forward.
